Special Events: Wine and Art Update

Wine and Art Parties

We have been trying valiantly to hold our Arts & Wine Events as advertised but that darn virus keeps interfering!  At the present time, we have to keep canceling our dates until the Activity Center can allow us to have more than 10 people and allow food to be brought in.

So, although I’ve booked dates into October and November for these events, the Guild cannot guarantee we’ll be able to hold the events until the month prior to the actual dates.

Please have patience with us as we struggle with being able to put on our offerings! Please check here periodically for updates on the Art & Wine Events; information will be posted here first since we can update this site much faster than waiting for the publications to be printed and delivered.

Thanks for continuing to understand and we are doing our best! Remember, cancellations of events are done in accordance with sticking to the current safety protocols for both the Topaz room and the Activity Center in HOA1 and with your safety and health in mind.

I Can't Draw a Stick Figure

While we had to cancel our spring class for this, look for this popular event to return in the Fall sometime. Please check back here for updates as they become available.

Art Classes

Art Classes are resuming in August 2020, with limited space in the Topaz room. Classes will be kept to 8 students plus one instructor (total of 9).

Open Studio

Open Studio has resumed! Beginning June 15, we have opened the Topaz room for Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays BY RESERVATION to use as Open Studio.

Safety Protocols

Safety Protocols for the Topaz room have been approved by the HOA 2 board, have been sent to all members, are posted in the Topaz room, and a link to the document provided below.

Please send an email message to Robbie Summers at robsumart@aol.com to reserve your space. Again, there is a limitation of 9 artists at a time in the room and the Topaz room is ONLY open to Members of the SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild at this time.
