Multi-level Contemporary Painting
About this event
Your abstract acrylic painting will draw the viewer into a mesmerizing taspestry of color, texture and form. Students will be using acrylics, stencils, compound paste and alcohol inks. Students will choose their desing and colors. The completed piece may be heavily textured and have a tactile 2D quality that gives the work depth and dimension, encouraging both visual exploration and a desire to reach out and trace its path. Plus as a bonus: while waiting for some layers to dry, Theresa will teach you how to make contemporary backgrounds, using paint dots and a squeegy.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee: $5.00
Full Refunds are given for the following reasons:
Emergency surgery, death of immediate family.
positive COVID/Exposure to COVID.
Full refund if the registrar is notified one week prior to beginning of class. No show = no refund.
No adjustments of class fees if unable to attend one or more of a class series.
The cancellation refund, less the cancellation fee, will be sent as a check after the date of the class. Members may choose instead to receive class credit, less the cancellation fee.
