Pat Parkinson

Pat grew up in upstate New York.  She began her art training at college and worked as a commercial illustrator before moving to the West Coast.  Pat furthered her art studies with William Reese and the late Sergei Bongart and at the Scottsdale Art School in Arizona.  Throughout her career she has received many awards and has exhibited in numerous judged shows.  Representative works are displayed in corporate and private collections throughout the United States.

 

“Working almost exclusively in oil, my ambition is to paint a broad range of subject matter so I can best express myself with whatever responses and emotions I feel at the time.”

 

Pat is a member of Alla Prima International and some of her current work may be found at the Jane Hamilton Gallery (Tucson, AZ), San Geronimo Lodge (Taos, NM), and the Bennington Center For the Arts (Bennington, VT).
