Silent Auction Guidelines

• Participation in the Silent Auction is voluntary.

• Silent Auction participation available to show participants only.

• Silent Auction entries limited to one (1) per participant.

• Unframed prints may not be submitted for the Silent Auction.

• Submitted pieces must be:
              on an appropriately sized easel provided by the participant
                           or
              a freestanding piece

• Each Silent Auction artist will determine his or her minimum bid.

• Artist will receive monies from the highest bid and will owe the Guild a
  6% commission on the piece sold.

• Silent Auction winners will be determined at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday
  afternoon and announced at that time.
