Application for Spring 2012 SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild Show

March 31 & April 1, 2012     10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED & POSTMARKED on or before March 8, 2012.
• Space assignment will be by lottery.
• Guild Members' dues must be current to participate.

• All displayed paintings in the Ballroom must be wired for hanging.

The show will be held at Mountain View Clubhouse Ballroom. The Petite Art Gallery will be in the Cholla Room.  The Student Gallery will be in the Ocotillo Room. Guidelines for each show are online.

 All spaces will be $55, half space $40.00.  Petite Gallery $20. At the conclusion of the Show, a 6% commission of your total sales is to be paid to support the SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild show.

 There is no fee for entering the Student Gallery.  See Guidelines and use the separate entry form to enter. If a piece is sold, the 6% commission rate will apply. 

 A MANDATORY PRE-SHOW MEETING will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 1-3 p.m. in the Sonoran room, MountainView Country Club.  All show participants are expected to attend.  Space assignments from the lottery will be distributed at this meeting.
