The Guild is an approved SaddleBrooke Club with a set of governing by-laws, a board of Directors, Committee Chairpeople and membership of over 100 people.

Building on the strength and enthusiasm of the previous team, the new Guild leadership will continue its focus on a strong Education Program, interesting and informative monthly meetings and two yearly Art Shows.

The Guild’s objectives are to increase art awareness, encourage art appreciation and enhance art skills at all levels of development. Since the membership includes artists at different skill levels working in a variety of media, our goal is to provide comprehensive opportunities for all to work towards serious, creative development.

We currently have two Outreach Programs. The first is at Desert Point at La Reserve, an assisted living facility. A team of guild members have been providing art workshops to the residents for over two years. The second, also staffed by Guild volunteers, is at the Catalina Juvenile Facility. Outreach is supported by the Guild and donations from community members.

At our monthly meetings (first Wednesday of the month from September – May), we have been fortunate to have presentations by successful local and visiting artists. The programs focus on varied styles, techniques, media and infused historical influences through demonstration, lecture and hands on workshops.

Becoming a member of the Guild entitles you to receive emails on our classes and programs, participation in the Art Shows and the opportunity to meet and interact with other SaddleBrooke artists.

We welcome new members and visiting guests.
